The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and shower were super clean and quiet. The location is AMAZING, near Convent Garden and close to main transportation and shops. I secure hotel.
My room was a bit small and the wardrobe took up a lot of space. It left little room for anything else. The stairs were also very steep, and there was no lift. I could hear taps running etc.
