The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and shower were super clean and quiet. The location is AMAZING, near Convent Garden and close to main transportation and shops. I safe area.

My room was a bit small and the wardrobe took up a lot of space. It left little room for anything else. I could hear taps running etc.

The continental breakfast offered a very good choice of items. Everything tasted very fresh. The dining area was clean and well kept, and the staff kept it tidy.

The staff were VERY friendly and competent. I was impressed! Check-in was efficient, and all my questions were answered promptly. They helped with directions and recommendations for local attractions.

The room included a large, tv with many channels. High ceilings gave the room a spacious feel. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep each night .

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. Oxford Street was easily accessible by foot. The staff members were particularly helpful and kind. I had a window in my room as I requested it.

The coffee and tea machines at breakfast could be improved.
